Dividing Line 11c/Hot Chaud 12b/Who’s Next 12b Fern Hill (Retroscrubs)

Dividing Line: Recleaned and extended this route to a better clipping the chains finish. A bolt has been added at the start as well. This route is left of Typical Squamish and is very good.

Hot Chaud: One of the more continuous steep climbs at Fern. Start as per Lady Switcher and straight up.

Who’s Next?: Great steep climbing to tricky finish. Bolt added at the finish so it’s not runout anymore.Climb them so they don’t green up again!!
